Terms of Service

Considering that the Store sells products through the Internet; considering the Customer's interest in purchasing the products offered by the Store on its sales channels; this contract aims to establish the general conditions of use and purchase of products by the customer on the Store's website.

I - Confidentiality: it is the Store's responsibility to preserve the confidentiality of all data and information provided by the customer during the purchase process. The site's security is audited daily and guaranteed against hacker attacks, through the "Secure Site" seal.

II - Customer Service (CS): the customer has this service available to answer questions, resolve any requests or complaints related to their order or any content available on the site. Customer Service can be activated via email from the site.

III. Delivery policy: the delivery time of the products is indicated during the purchase process, in business days. Products are delivered from Monday to Friday. In exceptional cases, some product deliveries may occur on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

III.I - The verification of the adequacy of the product dimensions is the responsibility of the Customer, who must ensure their conformity or not at the time of delivery and contact Customer Service.

III.II - Up to three delivery attempts will be made at the provided address, on alternate days, with an interval of up to 48 hours between each delivery. It is essential that there is an authorized person by the buyer, over 18 years old and with identification document, at the requested address to receive the product and sign the delivery protocol. In case of three failed delivery attempts, the order will be returned to the Store's Distribution Center.

III.III - Once the order is placed, it is not possible to change the payment method and/or the delivery address, request an advance or a priority delivery.

III.IV - Shipping is free throughout the national territory.

III.V - The Store does not authorize the carrier to: enter the domicile; perform installation or maintenance of the products; open the product packaging; deliver to a different address; deliver to minors or without identification.

III.VII - The Store is not responsible for the retention of the merchandise when it is exclusively due to pending matters of the customer that require their assistance at the tax office for the release of the merchandise, since in these cases, information about releases and payments is only provided to interested parties.

IV - Right of withdrawal: the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal from the purchase to return the product, complying with the following conditions: the deadline to withdraw from the purchase of the product is up to 30 calendar days from the date of receipt; in case of return, the product must be returned to the Store's distribution center in its original packaging.

IV.I - The Customer must request the return through Customer Service (CS).

IV.II - After the product arrives at the Distribution Center, the Store will verify if the aforementioned conditions are met. If so, it will proceed to refund the purchase price in full.

IV.III - In purchases with a credit card, the credit card company will be notified and the refund will be made on the next or subsequent invoice, in a single payment, regardless of the number of installments used in the purchase.
